How to request account deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your DayDaySafe account and associated data at any time. To submit a request, email us from the address linked to your account.

• Subject line: Delete My Account
• Include your account email and optional device ID for faster verification

What happens next

After we receive your request, we verify it to protect account security and begin the deletion workflow.

• We verify your request to protect account security.
• Your account is deactivated and then permanently deleted.
• Most data is deleted within 30 days after verification.

Data retention exceptions

Certain records may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate security purposes. Retained data is limited and protected.

Alternative option

If you do not want to delete your account, you may uninstall the app and stop data sharing features. You can also contact support to request partial data removal.
