You can request permanent deletion of your DayDaySafe account and associated data at any time. To submit a request, email us from the address linked to your account.
After we receive your request, we verify it to protect account security and begin the deletion workflow.
Certain records may be retained when required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate security purposes. Retained data is limited and protected.
If you do not want to delete your account, you may uninstall the app and stop data sharing features. You can also contact support to request partial data removal.
